Payment Policy
Cancellation
Cancellation requests received more than 4 weeks before the event
Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to ceu@true.org.auCancellations or changes received more than 4 weeks prior to the symposium commencing will receive a refund less a 20% administration fee.
Cancellation requests received less than four weeks before the event
Cancellations and amendments received in writing within four weeks of less of the symposium commencing will not receive a refund.Change of Ticket Type (Face-to-Face to Online)
Requests to change a registration from a face-to-face ticket to an online ticket must be submitted in writing to ceu@true.org.au
- Requests received more than 4 weeks prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of the price difference between the original ticket and the current cost of an online ticket at the time the request is received, less a 20% administration fee.
- Requests received less than 4 weeks prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
FAQ
Is CPD available for the Clinical Education Day?
RACGP accreditation is currently pending.
Can I attend both days without an AHPRA registration?
To attend the Clinical Education Day on Saturday 17 October, you must be registered with AHPRA. A valid AHPRA registration number will be required at the time of booking for:
- a two-day ticket, or
- a single-day ticket for Saturday 17 October
What if I can no longer attend the event?
Please refer to our Payment Policy for full details regarding cancellations and applicable terms.
I have registered for a face-to-face session but can no longer attend. Can I switch to an online ticket?
Yes, your registration can be transferred to an online ticket if you are no longer able to attend in person. Please email ceu@true.org.au by 14 October 2026 to request this change. Please refer to our payment policy for more information.
When will student tickets be available?
A limited number of student tickets will be available from 1 July 2026 using the discount code TS26STU.
How do I access the online sessions?
Online sessions will be delivered via Zoom. Once your registration and payment have been completed, you will receive a unique Zoom link for your session.
This link is individual to you and can only be used to access the event on one device at a time. If your connection drops out, you may rejoin the session using the same link; however, it cannot be used across multiple devices simultaneously.
Is catering provided for face-to-face attendees?
Yes, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided for all face-to-face attendees. Please ensure you include any dietary requirements in the appropriate section of the registration form.
I'm attending online from interstate — what time will the sessions run?
The symposium will be delivered from Brisbane and will run according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). If you are attending from interstate, please adjust the session times accordingly for your local time zone.
