Our clinics are located across Queensland in Brisbane, Cairns, Ipswich, Rockhampton and Toowoomba. Our clinicians can assist you with your sexual health requirements, including contraception, cervical screening, pregnancy options support, and sexual health screening, including STI checks. Â
Counselling
Our sexual violence counselling services operate in Cairns and Rockhampton. True sexual violence counselling is free, confidential and available to all people within our service areas. Â

Reproductive Sexual Health Clinics

Sexual Violence Counselling
True operates counselling services in Cairns and Rockhampton. Our counselling is free, confidential and available to all people within our service areas.
Cairns
In Cairns, the Cairns Sexual Assault Service (CSAS) offers a safe and inclusive space for people aged 12 and over who have been affected by sexual violence. We provide medical care, counselling, and support services to individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and beliefs.
Rockhampton
In Rockhampton, The True Support Services Hub (TSSH) has been established to assist people who have recently experienced sexual assault. We can assist you with medical care, counselling, and support services.Â
If you are in Rockhampton and have recently experienced sexual assault, you can complete the risk assessment checklist and present to our clinic. Â
TSSH also works directly with the police and hospital and you may be referred to us to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.Â
