True operates counselling services in Cairns. Our counselling is free, confidential and available to all people within our service areas.

In Cairns, the Cairns Sexual Assault Service (CSAS) offers a safe and inclusive space for people aged 12 and over who have been affected by sexual violence. We provide medical care, counselling, and support services to individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and beliefs.
