True CEO, Donna Bonney, and team members Sonya Megram, Lorna Lavaring, and Lisa Harrison attended the Rural, Regional and Remote Women’s 2025 State Parliament Delegation luncheon on 18 November. This significant event provided an opportunity to engage with Queensland’s decision makers and help champion connection, empowerment, and support for women living and working in rural, regional, and remote areas of Queensland.
We thank Hon Fiona Simpson MP, Minister for Women and Women’s Economic Security, Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships and Minister for Multiculturalism, and Jonty Bush MP, Assistant Shadow Treasurer and Assistant Shadow Minister for Women, for facilitating meaningful connections between rural women and parliamentary representatives.
