Achieving NSQPCH accreditation is an important milestone that demonstrates this commitment and assures our clients, partners, and communities that our services meet nationally recognised benchmarks for safety and quality.
As part of this process, our organisation was assessed across three key standards:
- clinical governance
- partnering with consumers
- clinical safety.
Independent assessors commended True's ongoing leadership in sexual and reproductive health, acknowledging the passion, expertise and commitment demonstrated across the organisation. Their feedback highlighted True's innovative use of telehealth, outreach programs and regional clinics to increase access for rural and remote communities, as well as the active involvement of medical leaders in ensuring high-quality care, strong clinical oversight and continuous service improvement.
