The Culturally Responsive Health Project increases access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) information and services for migrant and refugee communities. True delivers training to health professionals, interpreters and translators, and community workers on culturally safe SRH, including education and resources on FGM/C.

Our clinicians in Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Cairns and regional pop-up clinics are committed to offering all Queenslanders culturally safe sexual and reproductive health services.

This online course gives an introduction to Female Genital Mutilation/ Cutting/ Circumcision (FGM/C) in Australia, to build capacity for health professionals to respond to women who have experienced FGM/C in their practice. Interpreters, community workers and educators may also find this module helpful.
