True provides counselling, advice, and information for all people impacted by sexual violence (recent or historic) regardless of age, gender, sexual preference, ethnicity, religion, personal values, or cultural background.

As well as individuals, True also provides family violence counselling services. Family violence can have a profound impact on any family. We work with families and children to move toward safe and comfortable lives.

Supports children and young people who have experienced sexual assault or child sexual abuse or who engage in sexually reactive behaviours.

Cairns Sexual Assault Service (CSAS)

Therapeutic and education support services specialising in sexual abuse, sexual assault, problematic sexual behaviours and harmful sexual behaviours.
