Services NOT covered by Medicare (private fees apply):
- If you do not have a Medicare card, you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate
- You will be required to pay the full private rate amount
Cancellation and Do Not Attend Policy:
If you have made an appointment with a True Relationships and Reproductive Health clinician and cancel your appointment less than 20hrs in advance, or do not attend, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $25.00. Please ensure you confirm your appointment when you receive the confirmation text which is sent out 24hrs prior to your appointment.
