True offers a full refund or enrolment in a subsequent course if:
- we cancel a course
- no place is available, or
- a participant cancels at least 14 days before the course commences.
We are not responsible for travel or other costs resulting from course cancellation. Refunds are not provided if a participant cancels less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.
When registering to attend a Clinical Education course:
- Payment must be made within 7 days from registration
- Registration will be cancelled if payment is not received with 7 days from registration
- Payment is required to secure a position in the course
- Unpaid registrations will not be admitted to the course
Notification of cancelled registrations will be emailed to the registrant. True is not responsible for travel or other costs resulting from cancelling unpaid registrations.
Community Education and Training (including the All Schools Program)
For cancellation by a school or service:
- written notice should be provided to True at least 14 days before the commencement of the program.
- cancellation with less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the program may incur a fee of $50.
- True is not responsible for ensuring programs proceed based on sufficient attendance.
For cancellation by True:
- in the event that True cancels a booking, the school/service will not incur any cost for those programs not delivered.
- an invoice will be sent for any programs that have been delivered by True, prior to the cancellation.
Looking After Me Cancellation Policy
Please read the cancellation and refund policy as it explains important information.
True requires full payment for the Looking after me package prior to the commencement of the first session.
If you need to cancel the initial meeting please call True at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled meeting time to incur no charge or receive a full refund. There is no fee to reschedule in this situation.
Any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of your meeting time will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the meeting.
If you are not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled starting time of your meeting, it will be considered that you are not attending the meeting.
If you do not attend the meeting you will be charged the full fee.
If you arrive late for the meeting, the meeting will still conclude within the allocated hour.
Looking after me packages:
If you need to cancel your booking for a Looking after me package please call True within 24 hours of making your booking to incur no charge or receive a full refund. There is no fee to reschedule in this situation.
If you need to reschedule an individual session please phone True at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time to incur no charge.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session within 24 hours of your session time you will incur a charge of $50.00.
If you are not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled starting time of your session, it will be considered that you are not attending the session.
If you do not attend the session you will be charged the full fee.
If you arrive late for the session, the session will still conclude within the allocated hour.
If you decide to cease attending part way through a Looking after me package, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon request. This type of cancellation will incur an additional $50.00 cancellation fee. True must receive at least 24 hours notice prior to your next scheduled appointment to include that session as part of the pro-rata refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds or accept returns if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. If a product is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or is different to the product ordered, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. In that situation, please:
* Email us at email@example.com with your request and a brief summary, confirming that the product is unused and whether you wish to have a replacement or refund.
* We will provide instructions for the return of the product, which must be in the original packaging with no visible sign of use.
* If the product is faulty, damaged , or wrongly described, or is different to the product ordered, we will refund or provide credit (at your option) within 7 days of receiving the return shipment.
